OK, the DIY portion of this project is the interior (and a little plumbing in the slab). I've still got work to do, but have made enough progress to be interesting IMHO.

A retractable ramp up to the loft
A large 4x8 table for wood work
A built in desk in the back corner for electronic work
And a bathroom in the other corner
