no trim doors etc. I was going to get the drywall guys to spray the ceilings and i am now wandering is it worth having them do the rest. prime and an off white top coat?? What price should i be looking at and is it worth it or should i tackle it myself. or another option would be have them put the primer on? roughly 14,000 square feet to cover?

It's your time/money. If you think you will have the time to do all that painting yourself, go for it. Personally, I would have some builder paint put up so I could start moving in, and then repaint as time permitted.

I think the ceilings are the easiest part... no cutting in, no color, no drips.
