I had an old hot water baseboard oil hot water source. Replacing it with a new HVAC so i need a new hot water source. I live in Maryland, so I need a good recovery rate for the hard winters.

Water consumption- the home has 3 people. 2 adults and 1 teen. Was looking at a 50-60 gal unit. Electric what do you recommend...
