Hi everyone! Recent home buyer. We purchased a home with an old school sunroom kit attachment, and there is a leak likely starting where the sunroom connects to the house. I am looking for the best options to seal this and make it watertight.

You can see in the pictures that the gap is quite small. Open to any options, but lookong for relatively cost effective for now as we're likely going to tear it out when we save up a bit more.

The ceiling along the seam. It's ruining the drywallalong that area

Could be leaking any number of places. A photo from below doesn't help much. Neither does your description of the leak. Is it the right side of the photo... center... left... all along the gutter... or what? And we can't see the roof or how its flashed in the photo. Vinyl siding on the right could leak at the top j channel or at the vent pipe.

I don't see a kick out flashing

2 roof lines there... could be either one or both. And then there is the lack of drip edge...

And the solarium is missing the snap in cap thats supposed to be covering those screws. And its hard to believe that plexiglass isn't leaking.
