Welcome! I will have a lot of questions for you in the future.. but to start with the house I just bought has a lot of original hardwood floors and some have stains. I guess they are water stains. Are they difficult to get out ? do you have to refinish the whole floor to get them out? I'll take some pics and post them.

Generally the floors will need to be completely refinished.
