Hi Everyone....I have a question about SW Paints if anyone can help me.
We recently purchased a new home a few weeks ago and I am wanting to repaint over all this builder grade flat paint in my home. It was a foreclosed home and the walls needed a good cleaning before we moved in, but so far all it has done is take the paint off when we have tried to wipe them. I recently fell in love with my local SW store after they were able to mix me up some exterior paint to bring my vinyl shutters back to life and they were an almost perfect match to the original color! Now I would like to use them for interior paint but I have a few questions. I have 5 boys so I want a paint that will wipe clean easily and hold up to them. I also like a little sheen on my walls, but not glossy, lol! I was set to go with the Duration line, but someone recommend the Cashmere line too? How do those 2 compare as far as looks, durability, coverage, and ease of application? Is there another one I need to look into at the SW store? BM is out of the question since they closed our local one down and I have tried both Valspar and Behr, but wasn't that impressed with them. Any suggestions would be great and something that won't break the bank would be even greater!
