Hello everyone, just a little introduction. Im a Missouri transplant now, after living for 41 years in Alaska. I live in the Ozarks, on about 80 rolling, wooded acres about an hour southeast of Springfield. Ive been here now about 8 years and love the quiet, being about 13 miles outside the town. I do miss Alaska a lot, especially the fishing and hunting, but not the cold, long winters. Here winter last a day at a time..20 degrees one day 60 the next..Im a DIY guy , but no expert for sure. Looking forward to chatting and getting advice on my "Moneypit" house...
