I have bids from contractors on replacing my old oil furnace with a gas furnace and heat pump system. My question is what size furnace do I need.The bids have 3 different size gas furnaces. I live in Seattle What is the requirement per sqft. House is 3200 sqft well insulated. Thanks JP
