o.k here goes ,i have a room that is a add to my house ,but the floor is concrete with carpet just layed over it . i want to pull the carpet up and put down some type of plywood then some type of tile down and turn the room into a very large bed room. and advise would be very helpful and thanks
you do not need plywood over the concrete for tile installations. You will need to get all the glue removed and I would suggest using a waterproofing and isolation membrane like Ditra to install the tile.
