Hey everyone,

If I have 2 feeds (14/2) going to a 3 gang box to feed:

1st feed for plugs, wall sconces
2nd feed for all potlights

Do the neutrals need to be separated or can they be all joined together.
Does it matter?

Unless the CEC is different than the NEC the neutrals need to be kept separate. The grounds should be connected together.

When two feeds enter a junction box, the neutrals are not combined. The neutral for each downstream load is connected only to the neutral accompanying the hot line that supplies that load.
