Need to cut thru ceramic tile in utility rooom? any advice

I'm going to cut a whole in the floor for a new dryer vent and the room has ceramic tile in it and then backer board and then OSB> any suggestions on how to cut thru tile without cracking it?

Use a 4" grinder with a tile cutting or diamond blade, cuts it like butter.
JB has it right, but just be sure there is no in floor heating:eek:, electric or hot water.
Cut your pattern , ocatgon will work nicely, a bit oversize say 1/2" to allow seating of your pipe. Put a wide pry bar under the edge and the tile will pop. You may have to make an x under the tile layer as you proceed down.
