Water Wood Flooring Floor Road surface

What is the best way to deal with an old unused sump pump hole that is right next to a jack support post? It looks like the support post has actually sank by about 2 inches and the wooden support beam has bowed. The hole is about 2 feet deep and about 1.5x1.5 feet. Should I fill the hole with concrete?
(Note: There is another location where the current sump pump sits)

You could fill it with a gravel that you would compact it and concrete the top or just fill it with concrete.

If the jackpost is just sitting on the floor slab, that may why is has sunk. It needs to be on a footing.
