I'd like to removed some materials where the two shaded area are, also I need the 90 degree angle to be more rounded to match my existing siding.

I think what I need is a router but I need guidance, should I buy a router table but then I wouldnt know what 'head' Id need to make the cut I want. or does some company can do it for me I have only 16 boards.

Typically you would only modify the rabbet on one side of the board, not both. You would run it through a table saw so that it's the width you need, then you would rabbet just one side. That could be done on a table saw as well. But yes, I suppose you could do it on a router table as well. Just not necessary I dont think.

If you need something rounded, yes, that would be a router. If it's just a small round over, a palm router would do it... like a Bosch Colt.
