The product you are looking for is often referred to as WBBF (White-Bubble-Bubble-Foil) radiant insulation. I assume you are planning on running this as a staple-up to the bottom of your floor joists. That is standard for running staple-up BPex.

There are companies that are marketing this stuff as a miracle for attic insulation and have the price jacked about 5X.

Call around to wholesale plumbing and HVAC suppliers in your area and ask for the above. If you have problems finding it local, drop me a line and I can hook you up.

Good Luck
