I am looking to paint our kitchen walls/cabinets and have ugly green floors and counter tops! What would look good?

Can you post pictures and/or further describe ugly green? Are you just trying to help the kitchen out with paint or is flooring and and countertop replacement in the works as well? How is the light in the kitchen? What rooms look in on it or does it look out to?

Make it dissappear

Hear me out....If you paint your walls a similiar shade of that light green you have on your floors and paint your cabinets a bright white....your floors will dissappear and not stick out so much. You can add a backsplash that has some green but mixed with other colors so that you can pull an accent color from the backsplash.

I am not seeing anything that looks green in the pictures you posted. I do see kind of a dingy yellowish brown vinyl floor. I cannot tell the countertop colors.

I think you need to bite the bullet and buy at least a piece of vinyl remnant for that kitchen floor or painting the cabinets will make the kitchen look worse.

More or different pictures please? I really cannot tell colors you have.
