Greetings:
I need advice on tackling my basement walls. Outside was graded etc. years ago.
I want to repair and then paint with DriLock or such and am not sure how to start/prep or what to use. Photos attached......any help appreciated! Thanks-Trish:wink:

from our pics, it looks like drylock-type product was already installed & is failing as it usually does - moisture IN the wall is causing it to fail & lose adhesion. most know this by reading previous posts. the only guys who recommend those products are the folks who sell them or others yet unaware of the product's limitations.

from both plugs in the 1 socket of the receptacle, i'd guess you have a sump pump w/separate pendant float switch - even a french drain ? not much you can do for the walls except remove all the paint & let the walls breathe,,, of course, the REAL solution depends on the size of your purse.

Thank you....

Yes, you got it, sump pump with float and french drain......small purse too---won't make it any smaller by purchasing those "products". Thanks for the good advice!
