I am wiring a 480 VAC 100 AMP 3 Phase circuit. I am using #3 AWG wires for the power and I would like to know if I can use #4 AWG wire for my ground?

# 8 Cu is sufficient for the equipment grounding conductor on a 100 amp circuit.
