Get a wet/dry diamond blade for you circular saw or your right angle grinder. (Harbor Freight has "nearly" disposable right angle grinders and diamond blades.)
Lay the mosaic section face up between two boards and clamp the tiles firmly between the boards.
Run the saw along the wood as a guide.
Wet cutting would work best - a helper with a squirt/spray bottle would do the job nicely - try not to get too much water into your tool.
