Trying to cut 1.75” mosaic tile with Kobalt manual tile cutter. It appears that I am getting a good score, but when I snap the edges don’t break evenly (they are curved). Any suggestions?

How the hell do you know what I was going to respond?! I asked a simple question of the forum and not once did I come across as some pompous [email protected]@hole.He’s going to respond that the +/-$75 saw is too expensive … which will look cheap when he has wasted half a box of tile trying to snap it. Never mind the lost time.
You responded to me in post #3 that you are trying to avoid a wet saw. How did i anticipate your response? Experience. You came here with a problem and asked for advice. Good start, we all need help sometimes. But then 2 people suggested very similar solutions, and you get pissy. Ok, fine, learn the hard way.
You simply don’t get it. You are so important to yourself that instead of accepting that you are wrong, you deflect. Get over yourself. Go have a glass of milk or something.Fine, you win, you’re right. You responded to the forum that you didn’t want a saw, not to me directly. But if your skin is that thin, go post your questions on tiktok.
Smart and safe decision.Thank you all for the assist. I went to HF and got a $65 wet saw and diamond blade. Plan on using it tomorrow and getting better results (will post pics).
You need to use a wet tile saw. Dry cutting may break the tiles due to heat. Then sell the saw when you are done.Trying to cut 1.75” mosaic tile with Kobalt manual tile cutter.
