I have a cement block retaining was that has a quite a few areas where the mortar needs touching up (broken out / chipped mainly). I read adding a bonding agent would increase the mortars ability to stick. The bonding agents I looked up online listed mixing 50/50 w/ water. has water mixed??? Another brand called for 50/50 water. Is one better than the other? Any info. on bonding agents would be great. Thanks.
