Got a hadicapped customer who completely drains a 50gal gas hot water tank (shower) and wants more hot water. Been looking at both tank and tankless on demand hot water equipment. Space, gas and vent, or 220 hookup is no problem. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

How can they possible empty a 50 gal tank
I lived in many a house with at least 4 people and could not empty it.
Sure there's not just a bad element in the heater?
I doubt an electric one could keep up with that kind of demand, look into a gas tankless and be prepaired for the sticker shock to get one installed.
