I had a small dark spot on wall in my back room, not thinking much of it while painting i painted right over after i was done i noticed it did not cover the spot and the spot bleed through, it is not as dark but still visible. Does anyone know if this is a sign of mold inside the wall???

There is no way to tell from the pic.

Are there any other indications this may be mold? Is it in a damp area? Bathroom, basement, humid area? Does the room smell musty at all? Old water leaks in the room?

If the answers are no, and that is the only spot I wouldn't sweat it.

Just looks like a stain, a sealing primer, let dry and paint agin.

Doesn't look like any mold spot that I've seen and I've seen plenty. Cover it with a sealer/primer, then paint over it. Could be a spot of ink.

What's on the other side of that wall, is it an exterior wall, is there a window above.
If it is mold maybe you have an issue / water leak and painting will only cover it temporally.
