Hey guys I would like to redo my sealant in one area around my bath tube where mold has become a problem. Can someone please recommend a sealant that is best for preventing mold?

Most often the mold is not the caulking's fault.
Need more info.
Tiled wall?
If so what condition is the grout in? Drywall behind it instead of tile board?
When's the last time it was sealed?
Is there an exhost vent and it being left on long enough?

Tiled wall? -- No, , it's the bottom of a glass shower were the track meets the tub. Only one section nearest to the shower head where water collects most.

Drywall behind it instead of tile board? NA

When's the last time it was sealed? 6yrs ago when I installed the glass door.

Is there an exhaust vent and is it being left on long enough - yes and I believe so.

I also had mold collect around the bathroom sink, on the sealant itself as well.

There's really no such animal........like mold resistant "sealant." Anything that gets wet and stays wet, is an environment for mold growth. I suppose a silicone caulk gives you the best chance at keeping mold at bay, but, in reality, keeping things dry is your best hope. If you replace the "sealant" be sure to dig all of the old out with a putty knife, make sure it's bone dry, and reapply some "sealant" which in this case should be silicone, one of the rare times it warrants usage.

Main reason it would mold up is if it was appied wrong.
There's lots of mold resistant silcone resistant caulking avalible.
If it's blobbed on and not appied on a super clean surface and only enough to to fill the gap waters going to get behind it and mold up.
