Hi there,
I purchased a house in which the basement is made and the cold cellar is made into a washroom. There is proper ventilation going outside however there is constant moisture collecting on the floor tiles. There is no mould on the walls. What could be the problem?

Cold floor, moist air, moisture condenses on the cold floor. You need to find a way to install a fan that exhausts outside.

Dehumidifier and maybe some insulation and vapor barrier. It depends on the construction you have .
