Hi, can anyone help me? attached is an image of a moen single handle shower valve. This is probably 15 to 20 years old and is located in my fiberglass shower stall. The product model number is unknown. I'm trying to determine what kind of replacement cartridge I can purchase for this unit. Can anyone tell what model this cartridge might be. As you can see from the picture, I was trying to unscrew the screw in the center of the valve and it snapped off. Now I need to remove the cartridge now, but I don't know the model number. I've sent an email to Moen but they haven't replied. If someone can tell me what model cartridge this is and where to purchase, I'd be forever in your debt. Thanks for any assistance you can give me.

No on the tool,I'll see if I can find a picture---
You are in trouble with the pulling tool----it uses the screw hole in the stem---you remember, the one with the broken screw stuck in it?

Thanks oh'Mike.

Hate to be a pest. But do you have any suggestions on what I might be able to use to actually try to pull the cartridge out? Plus, If the tool screws into the stem, might I be able to pull it out with a pair of vice grips??

Also, should I spray lime away or wd40 into the valve to try to loosen the cartridge??

Again, I appreciate any other suggestions you might have.
