Modern Crown Moulding Advice?

Hi,

I think an important part of remodeling my home is going to be nailing the molding. I really want a modern look with blues/greys etc.

I've been looking at here for some inspiration: https://www.chemcrest.com/mouldings/crown-moulding/crown-plain

But wanted some input as to what you guys think?

Those types of mouldings are nice to install because they are lightweight and you can get them in lengths long enough to cover long walls in a single run so no seams.
If you can justify the cost over doing a 3 piece crown moulding out of wood or mdf, they are a good option for the average diyer.
