Good morning,

I have this heavy garage metal door hinge problem.



I have used almost everything to block the hinge holes in the door with no success. Even using large screws.



Also, its a metal frame and it is too snug. I am not sure on how to 'fix' this without removing the entire frame.

The frame appears to be wood, not metal, and the screws in the door are not hinge screws, and will not allow the door to close well. Buy standard hinge screws, insert a toothpick or two with glue in each hinge hole in the door then install the hinge screws after it dries.

No idea what the bottom picture is.

After following chandler48's recommendations on the top hinge, repeat on the intermediate hinge (there should most definitely be one). Intermediate hinges provide some pull-out resistance for the top hinge.
