Planning on selling my house.

I need to paint in the kitchen specifically the walls near the sink under the cabinets.
I am thinking that the new paint would be obvious versus the old paint.
How do I go about matching the paint?

With a razor knife, or blade, cut a small patch of paint and bring it to any paint store. They will match it dead on. Unfortunately some areas will have changed because of light. Kitchens also have grease even if you can't see it.
The only issue will be the sheen as paint changes in time.
What I would do is paint those areas and the wall up to the corner. Anywhere you stop will be visible. If you go to the corner, not so much.

I think what I will end up doing is painting under the cabinets?
Should I pull out the gas range which is really heavy?

That's up to you. While it would be nice to clean and paint behind the stove, it will look ok if you just wiggle it out a tad and paint what you can reach.
