My 200 amp (Siemens eq9685) main breaker keeps tripping. I noticed the right side of the breaker is hot to touch. So I figured it was something loose and checked all connections and everthing is tight. Turned everthing back on and hooked up the amp meter. Under a low amp draw everything is fine. Get the amp draw up to around 75-80 the breaker heats up and trips. Is it the breaker going bad or is there something else i need to check?

Thanks

Almost looks like it could be turned into a main lug panel by bolting some lugs on those studs. But I would not take it apart till I had some replacement parts on hand ready to replace it.

Have you checked all your connections in both panels to make sure they are tight?
