I am replacing my Konecto flooring (2nd floor condo) on concrete after one year because of major lifting at seams. Will Armstrong Luxe glued seams stick together when installed on concrete subflooring? Do I need to have installer GLUE entire floor to concrete? Do I need to seal the concrete before applying the floor? I do not want to have the new flooring fail again because of improper installation or an inferior product. :(

Luxe uses a different glue system that isn't suppose to have the issues Konecto had. Personally, I'd do a full spread installation with a different product. Most of these tiles can be installed with pressure sensitive adhesive so they come up fairly easy in the future.
