Lutron Caseta Wireless Dimmer Switch interfering with kitchen appliance

Hello,

So I have somewhat of a strange issue that maybe someone could point me in the right direction. Recently I installed an Akdy range hood (RH-0216) in the kitchen. Also around the same time I removed the existing light fixture in the kitchen and installed 4 LED recessed lights, TorchStar (R1-SJ1DL6D-12W40-6P) and replaced the current 3 way switch with a Lutron Caseta Wireless Dimmer and 2 of their wireless Pico remotes.

I noticed that the range hoods' LED display would constantly turn on by itself. The lights and fan on the range hood don't turn on, just the LED display, which a touchscreen display. I called Akdy and they said it's a bad circuit board and sent a new one; however, I just discovered that this issue only occurs when the kitchen lights are on and dimmed down. The range hood does come with a remote control. Is it possible the wireless capability of the lights are messing with the range hood? Or the dimmer is causing some kind of interference?

The range hood and the kitchen lights are on the same circuit, could this cause an issue? I'd have to double check but I believe it goes Power Source - Range Hood Outlet - Power to Light switch - Power to lights.

Any suggestions?

A little further, I don't think it's the wireless capability that is messing with it, it has to be the dimming of the lights. When the lights are on and turned all the way up, the range hood display is not affected. It is only when the lights are dimmed that it is becomes an issue.
That's kind of what I was thinking. I can't change out the bulbs, these lights are those wafer style lights.

I was thinking to run a wire off another outlet, which isnt on the same circuit as the lights, up to where the range hood gets plugged in. Maybe that would fix it.
