Lug kit for Cutler Hammer panel

Have an older 200 amp main panel from Cutler Hammer. Model # CH30 JM 200. After some research apparently Cutler Hammer changed the thread size on the neutral/ground bar, so the new lug kit NL 20 wont fit. Considering adding a subpanel and need the lug kit to accept the larger wire for the neutral and ground. I think the part #'s for this old panels lug kits are CH9Su2/225amp rating and CH9su3/125 amp rating. I assume the 225 amp is for the bigger neutral wire from the meter and the 125amp is for the gound. Which one would accept 2-2-2-4 ser alum cable? Local electric supply house does not have either.

Are these the correct lugs for the panel? Which one is the proper size? Also, if they are not available, read that changing the screw that comes with the NL20 kit to fit the panel? Is this correct? Other options? Thanks for your help.
