My hot water pressure in the kitchen was low this winter and now as it is warming up it was just as good as the cold but then in the evening when the temp outside droped the hot pressure lowered but not as low as in the winter, is there some sort of explination for this. It is city water if that info will help.

Is the hot water pressure low at all faucets turned on one at a time or just the kitchen sink?

If you let the hot water run for two minutes, does the pressure come back?

Just the Kitchen the rest are adaquete, and it doesnt get any better if I let it run a couple mins, winter it is very low pressure, we had a little warm streak and it was just as good as the cold then when the temp outside dropped in the evening the pressure got lower, only the kitchen fluxuates like this.
