loss of one leg of electricity

I was told i had loss leg of electricity by my heating and air guy. Breaker tripped on breaker panel. Retripped it and it tripped again in about 45 mins. We called utility people, we replaced everything in meter box will replace 240 breaker tomorrow. The ac people said my compressor is out on my unit will be replaced next week. Breakers are still tripping when using dryer and oven. we have checked voltage on dryer it is good. I live in a double wide moblie home. and the voltage on meter box outside are all good now. I have two separate breakers that are tripping.
