Looking to purchase about 20K sf of insulation and just wanting to do some price shopping. Looking for references for the low E foam board to be applied between the sheeting and frame of a structure as well as plastic backed batts for final interior insulation. Not yet sure if this stuff will be more economical to try and buy local or buy outside of my state and have shipped.

Are you set on the plastic-backed batts (FG?) ? What is low e foam? Blue board? (XPS)? EPS? Just curious what the application is, too.
