looking to lay Vinyl planks over an inroganic subfloor. basically with the plan that since its a basement, its not IF it floods, but WHEN.
A friend used the Delta FL, but we agreed that if he gets more than an inch of water, yuo have to pull it all up to drain the water out of the cups.
suggestions appreciated.
