It's March, and there've been a few warm days (58+ degrees) and the squirrels are digging up the lawn in search of grubs. I purchased a curative product by Bayer-"Advanced 24 hr. Grub Killer Plus-Granular" with Trichlorfon 9.3%. Wondering if this can be applied to the lawn now or wait until the weather is consistently nicer. Not sure if these "things" go deeper into the ground when the weather cools down which is happening now (40ish degrees)???

Good question ----
I would say that ,if the grubs are alive and active, now is a good time to apply the killer.

Do some reading about grub control---they are eating the roots of your lawn--and stay in that layer.

Milky spore is a non-toxic natural product that is very effective on grubs long term, but you need to apply in the fall while the next generation of grubs are feeding on grass roots.

Grub killer might take care of what is in the ground now, but they'll be back next year.
