I'm installing a suspended ceiling in my basement and want to put some pendant lighting above the bar. I've installed this type of light in a drywalled ceiling but not in a suspended and am not sure how to do it. Any tutorial out there or can someone instruct me on how this is done?

You can use a box like this.

Screw the legs to the grid after you install the ceiling tile.
