The Unit won't turn on. I've check all fuses and circuits and there is power to the unit. The thermostat is new, it's a Honeywell T5 and is set for heating. The damper on the unit opens but nothing else happens, no fan, nothing. I set the fan to run mode on the thermostat and the fan did come on. I am not hearing anything coming from the unit. I know this is an older unit but I already replaced on furnace and 3 AC units within the last 7 months. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

It could be 6 or more problems.

There is a end switch on the damper door and it may not be closing properly. You may also have a problem with the S86 ignition control or the BCC board.

Point is that is a very complicated unit for any DIYer to try fix. It is also very expensive to get fixed by a Pro as you may end up with multiple problems.

It also has a problem with the heat exchanger cracking on 95% of them. Not worth fixing IMO.

If you want to then call a experienced Lennox tech.

If you're not in a climate with real winters, it may be worth fixing but the heat exchanger needs to be checked first.
