I have an older G20 unit with an attached electronic filter EAC12-14-1 that is totally useless. There is no internal paper element in the furnace itself, am not even sure if there's supposed to be one there. I would replace the entire electronic unit with a different box for a pleated paper element if I could find one. I find plenty of filter elements but no boxes that hold them. Does anyone have any suggestions?

G20 Whisperheat? The heat exchanger should be checked by an experienced Lennox tech for cracks. The EAC can be replaced by a Lennox Healthy Climate filter box that uses 4-5 inch pleated filters but Lennox only sells them to their dealers.
