So yesterday I walked into this bathroom that we never use to clean it and after I was done cleaning when I flushed the water leaked from the bottom and I went down there to flush it and it leaked again. How can I fix it? The water just leaks from the bottom every time the toilet.

It leaks from the bottom of the tank or the bottom of the pedestal?

New seals will be required in either case but that shouldn't be a major problem.:)

Is it just me, or are some of these posts getting harder and harder to decipher?

Sounds to me like you need a new wax ring.

Thanks guys I'll go to the store this afternoon and get a wax ring. Hoping I don't have to replace my floor tiles because from a closer look the tiles around the toilet seat don't look good.
