Hi everyone, I have a really slow drip in my basement. At some point I put some epoxy on this and it seemed fine for a long time. Noticed recently the slow drip has returned. Here is what it looks like.

Once before, in this basement, I used shark bite fitting to install to shut off valves. The lines were straight, a hot and cold to a bathroom. I was fairly comfortable with that small job.

Would it be a reasonable to attempt a shark bite repair here? Something like this, I assume?

Thanks for taking a look and providing some help!

Joe
