So today I pulled back some drywall because it has been leaking. So once I removed the vapor barrier and insulation, I noticed that there was so much damage to the osb that is looked like sand , nothing left. All I could see was the black paper. Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this problem? Am I going to have to take off all the siding and replace that way? Please help as I only owned this place for 1 month today thank you

A little confused.
If it's in a basement, there's usually a concrete or block wall, not OSB.
Care to elaborate?

Ya so the foundation goes up so far, then it's siding.

You need to find the source of the water before you fix the damage.
You'll need to replace the damage from the exterior.
