Leak where my Ductwork connects to the Wall

I have some pretty shotty ductwork it appears in my house. Recently, I noticed in my basement that our ductwork going into the foundation is leaking. Its a small drip, and I hadn't noticed it before as there were some things there catching the water. Now that I am doing work in that area, when it rains, I am filling up the catch tray. I dont want to seal it and cause issues in the foundation or the water to build up. Looking for suggestions as it might be an easy fix, or I can call an HVAC company.
