Stick them in a toaster oven or whatever (propane torch works too held back properly) for 5 minutes or so and they'll get pliable so you can set something on them to keep them flat as they cool. PVC is very friendly to work with when you heat it up.

I'll pop off the screws and see what's in there.
The garage is on the other side so being weather tight to there isn't as critical as living space.
Here is pic of cover plate.
The gasket was disintegrated at the top of the lb and not so much at bottom.
I may silicon it if I can find a tube not clogged.
