I have a roughed in bathroom in my basement. i am finishing it off. The lav is on one side of the wall, the laundry tub with legs on the other side. my question is:

From what i have read the Laundry tub with legs should have a stub at 12 inches and the Lav at 18 inches is this correct? Should i put 2 Tees in the drain or do plumbers simply somehow use a 4 way on a back to back application like this.

That's close enough. I roughed in at 19 inches to center on lav's always 12 on utility sinks.

I think you answered my question i want to have two separate Tees one at 12 the other at 19 instead of a 4 way at say "16 inches?
