And just how would you figure it's easy to repair a floor that T & G and just floats on top of the floor?
The floor would need to be removed, padding tossed, subflooring dryed out to prevent mold, and floor relaided.
Not exactly an easy fix.
My frontloader had it right in the directions to not install on a laminite floor.
Found out real quick why, went into spin cyle and the washer took off across the floor. I ran in and jump on top of the washer and held it away from the wall with one hand and ripped the cord out of the wall with the other.
A lot funnyer now telling about it then when I was doing it.
Drain back up one time and the finsh was shot.
Not likly your going to be standing there ready to wipe up the water when it's draining.
