Hi there,

I recently removed a large screened-in back porch. What I've got now is 2/3 of the back of the house that I need to install siding on.

Before I install the siding, it makes sense to put a water barrier on, such as a house wrap. However, this is not "new construction," so the windows and doors are already in place, etc.

Is there a certain technique to follow when installing the water barrier on old construction? Most of what turns up in searches is not applicable to my situation.

Thanks!
