I took down a screen enclosure on my back patio. In the attached pics you can see where the truss's for the screen used to be.

Now I have what appears to be a drip edge but I'm not sure? I'm not sure what to do to clean this up aside from replacing the fascia. Can I replace the drip edge?

You can see where I cut a small piece out thinking it was part of the screen enclosure I took down. There'es also a pic of the front side of the house where everything looks normal and self explanatory.

I don't have an Arial view, but that drip edge go protrudes above the tile behind it. So if I remove it the roof tiles will not hang over the edge.

What would you do to clean this up correctly?

Made a big mess yourself.
If it was mine I'd use my brake to bend a new piece of coil stock to cover that whole area all the way down to cover the fashia.
Any real siding company can do it it in about an hour.
