Can I put some kind of wax or sealer on it? If so what should I use?

I believe Konecto sells a scratch remover check to see if your warranty covers scratches the floor should have a 25 year warranty I believe.

Anything can scratch!! even concrete flooring. It all depends on what you do to it. And sadly not a warranty item.
For your situation can use a floor polish on it made by them or other larger manufactures and this will help hide it.. or you can replace the tile.
